Politician of the Year

The annual Wales Yearbook Welsh Political Award were established to recognise the contribution made to Wales by MPs, AMs and MEPs. This contribution may comprise recognition for particular initiatives, committee work, persistent scrutiny, articulation of constituency matters, or an amalgam of all these activities.
At a time of increasing disillusionment with politics and the political process, our purpose is to acknowledge and promote the outstanding Politician of the Year.
Nomination for the awards are made on-line by viewers to ITV Wales and the general public. Further nominations are also proposed by members of the panel judges.
